Account Set-Up

If you are interested in setting up an AFH (wholesale) account, please fill out the information request at the link below. Once submitted a representative from our sales team will be in contact with you. 

 

Become a New Customer

If you're logging into the portal for the first time or need to reset your password, you will need to follow these steps:

  • Click on 'Sign In'
  • Click 'Forgotten Password?' under password field
  • Enter email address and click on 'Send Verification Code' 
  • Enter verification code into field and click on 'Verify Code'
  • Click on 'Continue' once verified
  • Fill in the New Password and Confirm Password fields (these must match)
  • Click 'Save'"

The Administrator Role enables a designated account contact to add, delete, and edit account users directly from the ‘My Account’ page. The Administrator is the only user who will have the ‘Organizational Users’ section on the ‘My Account’ page.

 

If the Administrator Role needs to be assigned to a different user, please send an email to peetsafh@peets.com or use the 'Contact Us' link in the 'Help Center' section at the bottom of the page.


Add a User: 

  • Hover cursor over account name in the upper right-hand corner and select ‘My Account’
  • Under Organizational Users, click on ‘View Details’ 
  • Click on ‘Add User’ 
  • Enter new user’s first and last name and email address
  • Click on ‘Save’
  • Please allow 10 minutes for the account to be updated with the new user.

Delete a User: 

  • Hover cursor over account name in the upper right-hand corner and select ‘My Account'
  • Under Organizational Users, click on ‘View Details’ 
  • Find the user you want to remove, under ‘Actions’ click on the ‘X’ to remove the user


Edit User Details:

  • Hover cursor over account name in the upper right-hand corner and select ‘My Account’
  • Under Organizational Users, click on ‘View Details’ 
  • Find the user you want to edit, under ‘Actions’ click on the pencil icon to modify the first or last name

To become an EDI partner please submit the form below to see if you meet the requirements to become an EDI transacting partner. Our base setup includes, but is not limited to, the following EDI transactions:

 

  • 850: In-bound PO 
  • 810: Outbound Invoice
  • Your company/account’s EDI contact name/number
  • Additional EDI transactions you are requesting (850 and 810 are included in the base setup)
  • Documentation on your EDI requirements for all EDI transactions requested
  • Please confirm the account(s) impacted by this request including the account name and account number


Please note that we have a queue for new customer on-boarding. Once we receive your request, we will respond with any additional questions, and if you are a confirmed candidate, we will inform you of your position in our queue with an estimated start time for on-boarding.

Order Submission

All users associated with a single account will have a shared ordering experience when using the portal. All users can view and edit the same shopping cart. 

 

If your account has multiple users, please complete checkout before logging out of the portal.

If you see a pricing discrepancy, please send an email to peetsafh@peets.com or use the 'Contact Us' link in the 'Help Center' section at the bottom of the page. 

 

Please include the product number(s), description(s), and pricing. If your order has already been placed, please also include the sales order number or confirmation ID. 

Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed on the portal once the checkout process is completed. 

 

If you need to make changes to your order, please send an email to peetsafh@peets.com or use the 'Contact Us' link in the 'Help Center' section at the bottom of the page. 

 

Please include the sales order number or confirmation ID.

 

Depending on the status of the order, it may not be possible for changes to be made.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled on the portal. 

 

If you need to cancel an order, please send an email to peetsafh@peets.com or use the 'Contact Us' link in the 'Help Center' section at the bottom of the page. 

 

Please include the sales order number or confirmation ID.  

 

Depending on the status of the order, it may not be possible to cancel the order.

If you encountered an issue while processing your credit card, please reach out to your financial institution to authorize the transaction. Once authorized, you will need to return to the shopping cart to complete checkout.

  • If you would like to use a different credit card, please enter the credit card details at checkout.
  • If you are still experiencing issues completing your order, please send an email to peetsafh@peets.com or use the 'Contact Us' link in the 'Help Center' section at the bottom of the page. 
  • For your security, please DO NOT include your credit card number when emailing us. Please provide your phone number and the best time to call. 

If you need to update your credit card information please send an email to peetsafh@peets.com or use the 'Contact Us' link in the 'Help Center' section at the bottom of the page. 

 

If you would like to use a new credit card, enter the information at check out.

 

For your security, please DO NOT include your credit card number when emailing us. Please provide your phone number and the best time to call.

Items will remain in your cart after logging out and will remain in the shopping cart unless removed by an account user or checkout is completed.

Upon completing check out, the Confirmation ID will be provided on the Order Confirmation page and is unique to each order. The Confirmation ID can also be found in the following locations:

  • Order History page
  • Order Confirmation email
  • Invoice
     

A minimum of $15.00 is required to complete check out. If you have not met the minimum, please add more items to your cart to complete your order. 

Order Inquiry and Delivery Status

Order confirmations will be sent automatically to the email address listed in the Contact Information section of the Checkout page.

 

When you receive your order confirmation, please review the order details to ensure accuracy.

Shipping transit times are determined by region and tracking is available, upon request, once the order status is 'Shipped/Invoiced' on your Order History page.

Order/Delivery Issues

If you would like an ETA for an item that is out of stock, please send an email to peetsafh@peets.com or use the 'Contact Us' link in the 'Help Center' section at the bottom of the page.

 

Please include product number(s) and description(s).

  • Search for an item using the product number or description or by selecting a category from the header
  • Click on the item to view product page details
  • Item will reflect whether it is available for ordering, low stock, or out of stock

If you have any delivery issues (damages, missing orders, delays), please send an email to peetsafh@peets.com or use the 'Contact Us' link in the 'Help Center' section at the bottom of the page.

 

Please include sales order number or confirmation ID.

General Request/Feedback

  • My Profile: Includes Email, Name, Phone Number
  • Order History: Orders placed in the last 90 days
  • Order Templates: View and manage order templates
  • Account Credit: View available credit and credit summary (Available for On Account/Terms customers only. If you use a credit card, this section of the page will be blank.)

The Order History page shows orders placed within the last 90 days. Click on "View Order Details" to see the entire order including sales order number, order date, totals, confirmation ID, purchase order number (if used), item details, quantity, pricing, and payment method.

 

If you have questions about orders more than 90 days old, please send an email to peetsafh@peets.com or use the 'Contact Us' link in the 'Help Center' section at the bottom of the page. 

 

Please provide as many order details as possible such as sales order number, confirmation ID, purchase order number or date range.

Invoices will automatically be sent to the email address on file.


If you did not receive your invoice or need to update the contact on file, please send an email to peetsafh@peets.com or use the 'Contact Us' link in the 'Help Center' section at the bottom of the page.


Please include sales order number or confirmation ID and/or provide the email address you would like invoices sent to.

Statements will automatically be sent to the email address on file. 

 

If you did not receive your statement or need to update the contact on file, please send an email to peetsafh@peets.com or use the 'Contact Us' link in the 'Help Center' section at the bottom of the page.

If the product information you're looking for is not included on the product details page, please send an email to peetsafh@peets.com or use the 'Contact Us' link in the 'Help Center' section at the bottom of the page.

For each item, please provide product number and description as well as the specific item attributes needed. If you have a form or template for the data, please also include that in your request.

Products can be found in one of five categories – Coffee, Tea, Non-Coffee, Supplies, and Seasonal.

  • Coffee: Peet's coffee assortment
  • Tea: Mighty Leaf tea assortment
  • Non-Coffee: supplies and ingredients for making and serving beverages as well as marketing materials
  • Supplies: smallwares items used for making, storing, and organizing Coffee, Tea, and Non-Coffee items as well as cleaning supplies.
  • Seasonal: Limited Time Offerings and items highlighted in our current seasonal programs  


The Search feature allows you to search by product number or product description keyword.

Due to Food and Safety concerns, Peet's cannot accept product returns once chain of custody has been broken on a shipment. Chain of custody is broken once the shipment is delivered and signed for by the receiver. 

 

Please review your order and confirmation carefully – Peet's will not accept returns or issue credit on products that have been ordered incorrectly.
